The company sells its products mainly in the US, but also has markets in Canada, Europe, Israel, the Caribbean and the Pacific Rim.
In August 2007, the company signed a purchase and sale agreement with Diageo North America to acquire a brewery located 60 miles outside of Philadelphia, for $55 million. The agreement is expected to culminate in late spring 2008.
